OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESSES AND SERVICES

Our methods of scheduling and manufacturing products are based on
engineer-to-order, make-to-order, and make-to-stock capabilities with our
customers. The objectives are to offer the customer an expedient method to get
products to their customers; a part to be used as an effective specification or bill of
material in an internal production process; and a reliable end use performance for
the part.

The effective use of Just-in-Time and KANBAN production planning and scheduling of
orders enables our customers to obtain short lead-times and plan better for longer
lead-times. We strive to maintain controlled inventory investments for the customer
throughout the contract or job cycle.

Baxter Machine Products, Inc. is
registered with the International Standards
Organization (ISO). An ISO certification
validates that our procedures adhere to all
required and published policies. Our
processes have always adhered to these
quality standards. The following Quality

for the past 15 years.
