Assembly We can furnish assemblies and weldments. We install "O" Rings, Inserts, Clips, Pins, Screws and other components to complete your assembly. We also do kitting and special packaging. Contract Inspection We have a large assortment of gages and inspection equipment and the expertise to perform ISO Quality inspection and sorting on Threaded and plain parts. Engineering/CAD We can furnish CAD drawings and engineering assistance to meet your requirements. Production Machining The roots of our machining skills go back 6 generations. Our ability to develop continuous improvement comes from years of experience in the machining industry. |
After Machining We can accommodate any surface treatments required by our customer. Whether your parts need painted, plated, anodized, powder coated, heat treated, annealed or ground, we have the means to finish your parts however you wish. Welding, braising, assembly, buffing, sanding, and other secondary operation needs can easily be accommodated. |
Delivery We can make your parts to fill one time orders, or stock your parts to cover blanket orders with release shipments over a period of time to satisfy Just-In-Time (JIT) requirements for Lean Manufacturing support. We will accommodate all customers’ requirements in shipping parts to them. Our shipping department will package our products so that our customers can receive their parts directly into their inventory or production process. All parts are washed prior to shipment and metals are also dipped in a corrosion-preventative before packing. Special requirements such as part numbering / labeling can also be accommodated.
