We were able to accommodate customers in responding to their customers' lead-time requirements by giving more machine time capacity to fill its requirements for its products. This was accomplished by developing a stocking program, which helped to replenish inventory when needed. The program also helped to reduce prices based on higher volume purchases and cost reduction, based on absorption of machine time for volume increases. We archive all information about a part manufactured for a customer. This history can help our customer anticipate their customers' needs, resulting in a reliable order pattern for both of us. Some of our larger customers have various manufacturing and distribution plants nationally and internationally. We work with our customers to reduce costs, like consolidating smaller shipments into higher volume shipments, resulting in higher quantity production runs and pass-on the cost savings to the customer. We will review pricing with our customers on an as needed basis. We maintain a customer profile part analysis which can illustrate options for maintaining a profitable relationship.
